AJ Barile's Chicago Pizza is a family ran pizzeria. We are Passionate about our cooking and foods we serve.

We opened in April 2006 in Yucaipa. In 2007 we traveled with the US Pizza team to Italy for international competition. the US team came in 2nd in cook off. In April 2007 we Competed in Las Vegas at International Competition and Pizza Expo. We placed 2nd in Southwest Region with our Chicago Stockyards Pizza.

We are currently working on a number of things and 1 is the pizza we will compete with for the 2009 Pizza Competition. We are hoping to take First Place for 2009.

For those of you that have been following our expansion plans, you know it has been an extremely long, frustrating and tedious process. We are diligently working on it.

We are FINALLY in ESCROW for 32693 Yucaiap Blvd. Corner of 13th. We are planning to be ready to open March or April 2009. WE WILL BE OPEN AT CURRENT LOCATION UNTIL READY TO OPEN THERE!!
